Visiting Lake Bodom


The lake is notorious for murders that occurred in the early morning hours of June 5, 1960.

A Finnish TV Movie "Bodomin legenda" about the murders was filmed at the lake.


There's also two upcoming horror/slasher movies coming, both called Bodom.

Visiting Filming Locations of "Kuutamosonaatti II: Kadunlakaisijat" (Army of Zombies) (1991) in Helsinki, Finland

Starring Kari Sorvali, Soli Labbart and Mikko Kivinen.

A Finnish Horror Comedy.
A Kyyrölä family with a strictly religious mother and two grown, mentally retarded sons move from the countryside to Helsinki. A sequel to Kuutamosonaati (1988).

Filmed in Helsinki and Nummi-Pusula, Finland 1990.
